After working together in back to back Marathi films, Mee Shivajeraje Bhosale Boltoy and Fakt Ladh Mana, Mahesh Manjrekar and Sachin Khedekar join hands again with Kaksparsh. Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and based on a story by Usha Datar, the screenplay and dialogues have been written by Girish Joshi. Incidentally Girish Joshi is a popular playwright who has written plays like Final Draft and Katkon Trikon and is the husband of the late Rasika Joshi.
A period social drama, Kaksparsh features a star cast comprising of Sachin Khedekar, Priya Bapat, Medha Manjrekar, Ketki Mategaonkar etc. The film has music by Rahul Rande and Ajit-Samir and Ajit Reddy is the DOP. Scheduled for release shortly, check out the promising trailer of the film for now-

Recently Mahesh manjrekar approach to Amir khan with Kak-sparsh( touch of crow)script for making its remake in Hindi with amir sir himself..he loved it. i am pretty positive with its Marathi version too, as the people like Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar and talented play-writer Girish joshi are united for this controversial tale of love, which reveals the insides of Maharashtrian Brahmin family during 1930-1950..Must watch
