Salt N’ Pepper was easily one of the better Malayalam films of 2011 and Aashiq Abu the director of the film emerged a trend setter of sorts. So naturally all eyes are on Aashiq’s next film which is curiously titled 22 Female Kottayam. Starring Fahad Fazil and Rima Kallingal in the lead, the promo and the songs so far makes us feel that this could be a film to watch out for. Written by Abhilash Kumar and Syam Pushkaran, the music is by Rex Vijayan and Bijibal while Shyju Khalid is the DOP and Vivek Harshan is the editor.
22 Female Kottayam tells the story of two friends Tessa Abraham and Cyril C Mathew, their love and relationship. Scheduled for release on 13th April, 2012 ( Vishu release ), lets see how the film eventually turns out.
